Absolutely, Pawson would have benefitted from at least calling Jorginho in and making a clear 'no more' gesture.

It's not SPA, but it is holding, which is an automatic caution in professional football for some reason, without it being so in law. UEFA says holding is USB - lack of respect for the game. Out of interest, does anyone here caution every blatent holding in amateur football?

He is not going sideways, He nips in front of and past Jorginho with the ball T which point he is headed towards goal and presented Arsenal with a 5 on 3 situation, maybe 4 depending on the LB.
At this level of the game that can only be described as a promising attack.
