As an outsider, my first impression is that a lot of this is really badly written. Just as an example:

In fact, the old Q&A specifically stated the player could score a goal, IIRC. You'd only consider PIADM if he puts himself into a position where he could be challenged for the ball or challenges for the ball. What does 'as soon as possible' mean? Can the player keep running up the field in a 2-on-1 against the keeper?
