Just to throw my two pennies worth in (sorry).. I use the A&H coin, big enough and clear enough to distinguish sides, easier than some grubby 2p coin etc. I don't even throw it in the air, just slap it straight on the back of my hand and ask 'heads or tails?'. Only ever lost one in 6 years...

In a word, no. Checked everywhere today, none in anywhere (except a random green one on Kitlocker!).

Stronglifts 5x5 is a good plan, and is a free app (with a paid option of £5 pm), very good to build up strength via compounds.

I ref in ten different leagues over two counties... no one's going to turn you away!

Evening all. I have recently been made the Chair of my local RA (Yeovil & District) and really want to make a positive impact on our association and help it grow/flourish. To that end, please could I ask for any comments (good or bad) about what you like about your local RA, what they do...

Only one I have seen by us is Worle, tiny car park but reserve the closest spot for the referee. Great at looking after the officials (off the pitch :rolleyes:)

I've had this happen before a few times, and each time I have gotten away with it by looking at the AR (mainly if it's CAR) and saying 'what, corner? Ok, thank you!' even though they haven't seen it. I can't believe I keep getting away with it to be honest!

Always two, Apple watch (which I set off Strava on at KO, also helps if other watch stops) and a Spintso (counts up and down, vibrates if you forget to restart it..). Peasants will say 'you only need a £10 watch', but you could run a 10k race in Brogues, but it's easier not to :angel:

I have the Series 4 I think, so my battery will be worse, but I can get two 90 minute matches from it using Strava from KO til FT, no pause for HT.. Not much more after that though! I'd definitely consider Strava over Apple Workouts though, my Apple watch tends to stop recording sometimes when...

21 pre-season and 30 during the season somehow..... so 51 total. Not bad going considering a lockdown! 7 of them were as AR.
