This does sound like a useful tactic. However how would I go about getting his details. Once showing the yellow would I then get his name. Or ask his manager for it at full time? :)
Had a very similar game last Saturday. I even got an offside horribly wrong and knew as soon as I blew for it and the only comment aimed at me was 'you owe us a pint afterwards'. Was an absolute pleasure to ref
Having 2 older brothers it takes a lot for me to feel abused. I fealt scared more than anything being a small 17 year old tbh. I know some people say if you feel threatened call it off but I didn't feel it was serious enough for that
So red and blue player goes up for header. Red player falls over and blue lands on his leg. I'm certain there was no foul so told everyone to keep going.

I often use advantage if everyone is screaming for an offside but im not sure, but then the ball rolls through to the keeper. I play advantage because it's not affected the game but stops the back 4 moaning at me. Technically incorrect way of dealing with it id presume, but in terms of match...
I once had a game where one team only had 8 players. Someone pinged the spare ball 50 yards to me and I had the best touch of my life. Rest of the game the only complaint I got was that I wasn't playing for the team with 8 men
I'm 17 and 100% agree mate. I try and be as flexible as possible. If both managers like you and have respect for you before the game starts it's a lot easier.
At the end of the day it's Sunday league football. It's about everyone enjoying themselves
I know you should be running a diagonal if you have two assistants. But I don't get two proper ones in my league. Just 2 random guys watching who rarely pay attention.
Because of this is there any advice you can give on positioning as I sometimes feel I get in the way of players and the ball...
