Started when I was 16 and managed 4 years before packing in and playing again. Back then it was the old classification (3-2-1). My biggest mistake EVER stopping back then.
Took it back up in 2008 so this will be my 5th season back.

Depends on the level and pre-match instructions. The higher up, I would say no, it's left to the fourth official but if there are more than one sub, the assistant may go and lend a hand with proceedings.

The biggest games I have done to press this Season, and I'm not sure which is the bigger to be honest, are the Extra Preliminary round of the FA Cup and the 3rd Round proper of the FA Vase.

I had an incident in my game today where play has gone into extra time and one team was winning 4-3.

The AR should also be mimicking what the offence was for to indicate a push, pull, trip etc and shouting to you so that everyone knows.

That's a hard one to answer, it should but depending on who you are refereeing, i.e young kids etc. maybe a little bit of 'Law 18' should prevail?
