I am happy with self defence at u12. But for any serious level, deliberately blocking the ball with the arms is a deliberate hb offence for me.

In my fair corner of the universe I use the thick ref cards but never use the given colour coded layout. I should make my own really. If AR I need starting numbers, sub numbers, room to list max 7 bench names, then to be able to log 7 sub events. If ref, just numbers/times for goals and cards...

Hmm I think the main problem is the chaos refereeing and lack of application of the laws at televised matches - not just the WC, see also EPL etc. Pundits gonna pundit.
