What is clear and obvious? Ref is literally looking right at it from a few meters. What has he missed that was right in front of him? Attacker is making an action to play the ball, ref has seen the same, play on. Football is a contact sport after all

Well yes because the player didn't think he got fouled, otherwise why get up? If he was fouled, he would have done several rolls, screamed in 'agony' and held a body part for a prolonged period of time to ensure the referee knew he was definitely fouled and 'hurt'.

Lucky indeed. It baffles me that a stamp out of frustration on someone's bum isn't deemed VC due to lack of force.... Sorry but when was a stamp part of football? Any stamp, punch, kick out, slap should be VC regardless of force. It is not part of the game whatsoever.
