For me the payment depends about matches, not hours, officiated. For example I've done a few player development tournaments this year, where I get paid around 20€/match (2x20min matches) + travel expenses + food and drinks.

I think that in UCL there are A) people responsible for safety of the referees and B) Players and coaches would face gigantic sanctions for violently assaulting referee so no need for him to run because he is afraid of being assaulted

It depends a lot about your budget. I would go with Molten valkeen, alltought it is expensive. Molten dolphin is also surprisingly good and only costs around 7€.

How do you guys keep your shirt tucked in during matches? For me my shirt looks pretty disheveled after just few minutes in the game and i have started to consider buying one of those "shirt holders" to keep it looking good and professional (or then i should just eat more:D).
