    Advice

That is where the confidence comes in. Make what you believe to be the right decision and get on with the game in my experience, if players see a hesitant referee when it come to decision making, they will play on the fact that the referee has seen to be hesitant

    Middlesbrough sending off

MY point is that the call has been proven, by an independent tribunal to be incorrect. After have seen the footage of the incident, coupled with my knowledge of the LOTG, I had no doubt that the R/C would be rescinded

    Referee retention idea

I Propose making any individual "Convicted" of referee Abuse be made do the introductory course and then must referee 12, so they understand that it is not the easy number many believe it is :):):)

    Middlesbrough sending off

IMHO the referee is looking through bodies and then making a call on what he believes he has seen The ball is loose and IMHO both players are entitled to go for it NEVER A R/C I could understand why M/o's may have gone Y/C in this situation But Never in MY opinion a RED CARD

    Advice

Confidence is a big thing as you start out There are so many things you need to be confident in doing when you start out Be Confident in your knowledge of the laws of the game and the big one for me when I started out almost 20 years ago Be confident that the decision you made was the right one

defenders pushing in the penalty area

I find myself giving the defending teams 2 chance to comply with my "No Hands" instruction first one is when the ball is being retrieved for F/k or C/K Second is before the ball is returned to play

    Player bleeding

Surely in this time of Blood Borne viruses, the referee need to take a common sense approach to blood on kit, or am I Yet again thinking outside of the box??????
  19. Richard smith

    Player bleeding

If the referee notices the bleeding wound, he is obliged to request that the player leaves FoP to have bleeding stopped The referee must be sure that the bleeding has stopped/been controlled before allowing the player to return to FoP
