Today's game saw Zwayer not give the PK after VAR recommended him to come look. Think he was right and yesterday's game shouldn't have been a PK either

I've had these a lot. Gave a couple of fouls and PKs for it last season and was told in rather clear terms that I wasn't expected to give those. No one even really appeals for them while they're mostly clearly reckless and sometimes even borderline excessive.

I'm pretty lenient on that standard in most cases, but this immediately screamed C&O to me. It's one of the easiest types of fouls you give nearly 100% of the time in midfield (if I remember correctly, Arsenal had a goal chalked off against Man U for a similar foul by Odegaard).

Had one of these as well, attacker knew he was gone the moment he realised I'd seen it. He'd been fouled during a promising attack and kicked out retaliation. No issues from anyone there, seems you handled it correctly

Thought Haaland's tackle was on the border of yellow/red and well-handled. Point of contact not too bad but a lot of force obviously. Think on our levels, these tackles will be less well timed and clear reds
