This has to be one of the most ridiculous things i have ever seen in refereeing! How the hell are you supposed to get your head around all that. They will have referee's issuing a caution and then puling this out of their pocket to decide the sanction. I am lost for words!!

No you won't and will need to be close to the top but not close enough for promotion to 3 really to be selected. It is designed for ref's that are sort of on the cusp of promotion and the FA believe they can get up with coaches help.

Robert, your RDO is the only person that can really help with this. The CORE programme started last season, i would be very surprised if your RDO wasnt aware of this. At levels 7-5 then it goes off County nominations, level 4 and up is selected by the FA based on merit table positions.
