Referee NAR Briefing for Youth Academy Games: U13-U16 1

Attached are my notes for every NAR briefing that I do before an academy game. These notes are fairly brief and include all the necessary info for new referees that have neutral ARs fairly early on in their refereeing journey. I made these myself after being an AR to experienced referees and these notes have never failed me once. Use them if you feel they may help you! Edit them or give me tips if you wish to do so.
