Good thought provoking questions. Questions 3/4/5 don't state if the second touch occurred inside or outside the penalty area. The fact that Q4 doesn't have a DFK option but a PK option, we can assume the offence was inside the PA. But then Q5 is wrong. A goalkeeper can not be guilty of handball offence inside their own penalty area. The offence committed in Q5 is a "second touch" offence and not a handball offence. I suspect this is a copy paste issue.
None of this impacts the answers but it is important for general law knowledge.
