Good evening all,

Trying to book onto a face-to-face CPD for level 4. It says to do this through MOAS.

After rummaging through MOAS, I have no idea how to do this.

Anyone know?

Meetings etc will usually be listed under my appointments which is on the landing page after you log in.
You generally get an email when an event is generated.

I got send a load of dates via email that I could attend for a face to face CPD. Then told to book one through MOAS.

So currently I am not on one of the dates. But I would like to book onto one.

When I did it, I went on appointments.

Pressed the ‘more’ button. All the dates then dropped down.

Selected my venue, and pressed ‘confirm invitation’.

I must be missing something as there is no more option for me outside of actual fixtures I've done.

You will see any invites as an alert at the top.

But also you will have it in your appointments.

Sometimes you get a pre email to say this will be going into MOAS to let you know that's where you need to confirm it.

So the two possible scenarios are, the appointments have not yet been loaded into MOAS.

You've been missed off the invite list in MOAS.

Suggests an email reply to the account the email invite is on for clarification

MOAS appears to be doing strange things again anyway. I've just received an email this last minute telling me my observer report is available. This is my report from a match I did on Saturday 28th September which I read on MOAS on Monday 30th September...

Edit: Ignore this, the reason I've had the email is that my report has been edited (by someone other than the observer). Mark is unchanged, so I'm unsure why it's been edited. Time for a game of spot the difference...

Was just about to say that usually happens when there has been an edit.
It might not be your report that has been edited.
Whilst you receive an independent report the observer submits all 3 together and gets a copy of all 3 in one PDF so I guess that if there is an edit to any of the reports all 3 get the notification sent.
 
I presume as an annual 5-4 promotion candidate I should now be getting concerned by the lack of the email and courses available on MOAS for these courses 😅
