That's what I thought, so no worries anymore for the sprint test

Went and re read the document about the fitness test. It says, on the sprints, there's a 1.5m prep area. Does that mean I could do a rolling sprint? Or do I have to be completely still before start?

More or less what I do every weekend then... I have applied for consideration for promotion to L4, paid the fee associated and booked the fitness test. Massive question, what happens if I don't pass the fitness test? Do the observation still happens? Can I retake the test at later date?

As the title, I am going for promotion this season 26-27. Looking for any advice from the more experienced colleagues. Anything at all.
