    Only thing with right on red cards as that they know what's coming. I got punched a few weeks ago after taking one out to right on. I'll be going back to my taking his name on match pad and then showing red lol. All getting sorted though.

    Constantly getting injured

    This is my first full season and I'm 43. So far I've been injured twice, the first time with a groin strain and hip flexor injury and now with an slight fractured fibula.. Can anyone give me any gym or training tips to get my body conditioned to doing 6 miles in an game and not getting injured ?

    Your probably right his signals weren't right either. Made me think though that it's important at this age to have qualified refs at games so that the future of our game is looked after and the kids actually learn to play within the laws.

    i have just watched match of the day and big Sam said that if a goalkeeper is off the ground all it needs is a little knock and it's a foul. I can't see that in the LOTG. What's the guidelines on this? Is he right or just another manager who hasn't a clue on the laws ?
