I know a few of the above guys/girls quite well! And they’re all great people who really deserve their appointments!

I’m not sure on how it’s been done in previous years, but does two and a half weeks before not seem quite early to be publicly announcing the appointment?

Usually announced just after the semi finals, allowing time for the selected officials to prepare and sort out their family plans for the weekend of the Final.
 
Great to see Issy and George from Suffolk getting involved in these well deserved for them both and had great seasons.
