Paypal the robbing buggers take 0.27p for each transaction, so does sending it as a gift or to friends and family stop the fees?

If people send it as a friend or family it won't charge you anything I think

We are looking primarily at trios rather than individual referees, e.g. someone would be given 'The Spanish trio' rather than Carlos Vellaso Carballo

But surely the 4th man in the final is judged to have been in the second best trio of the tournament?

Yes, but then the trio has been split up. The original idea was trios so we stick with trios.
