Seven people predicted the Ecuadorian victory, tho' nobody went for the 2-1 scoreline. Hattersfan takes over on his own at the top and Owen, still coming to terms with not having predicted a French victory, (2-2 was close, to be fair), slips to the bottom of the pile as Tom picks up a much needed point

Can't quite believe that Algeria are 3-0 up at haf-time but...back to belgium and their 1-0 win over Russia. Hattersfan lands another 3 pointer whist Tom draws a blank. Everyone else, bar the absent steve c, picks up a point.
