Had 2 players sent off today for calling each other fagg0ts, making it 3 times in the last 2 games the f word has been used. Just wondering as they called it each other at the same time, do I just write one report or do I need to write two different reports?

2 separate I'd say. one for each player. As I assume each player. Ay have used the phrase with minor difference

Also, one player gave me the wrong name, however the coach corrected this for him at full time after he must have mentioned it to him. Is that worth reporting as well?

Needs to be extraordinary incident reports as well, as that would be classed as discriminatory language.
