I have submitted my report for a red card to the whole game system. Normally when I go back to the homepage it will say Generating report for around a minute and then allow me to download the report.

However, today it has been saying generating report for around 6 hours.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this before or has any advice?

Hi. Yes - it happens. Might be worth contacting CFA tomorrow if it is still the same. They might press some magic buttons!

Happened to me on a couple of occasions.
 
I’ve had a match say “generating report” for nearly 12 months!

I think once it gets stuck it will stay that way forever.
Had the same myself, a quick email to CFA confirmed they had all the details so no need for further action.

This was for an extraordinary report relating to a spectator/CAR verbally abusing me. County FA emailed me for my version of events and I got a phone call relating to it so they defo got it but just stuck on generating report
