Which system to use for what

What system do we use for logging matches and any sanctions? Whole game system or centre circle? What's the difference, I'm confused

That’s the new site from this season. What I haven’t figured out is how to submit a report without adding sanctions. I’ve got outstanding reports, but I’ve gone into them and saved, but since I have no sanctions to add it doesn’t give me a submit report option. Previous whole game had submit option confirming no cautions were given.

That’s a good point. I thought I had to submit match reports regardless by a certain deadline.
It also clears it off your list and marks it as completed.
