what your decision on this?

IMHO there is insufficient information to make a definitive call. Attacker could be dribbling or running onto a pass. There is no change in direction, just a change of body angle to the left as the attacker first kicks the ball (possibly a pass/cross to a team mate) and then back to the right as she either attempts to pass behind the keeper...... or braces for the collision or makes sure she takes out the keeper...only she knows. The arms coming up seem defensive, as a female rugby player once told me, 'it f...ing hurts when you get one in the t.ts!' The keeper seems to intend to play the ball but misses and takes out the attacker due to the angle of her run.
I think this more highlights the danger of looking at slowmo with a preconceived idea of what happened, you look for confirmation of your decision and ignore contrary evidence. From just the clip, stop to check injuries, restart drop ball to defence.
