Depends whether the players know each other, if they do I would laugh it off. If it was done in a serious way and was taken bad,y by the other player like it seems in the video it would be a yellow for me for Unsporting Behavior.
Yellow card, regardless of whether they know each other. This is a high level of football, with a large amount of spectators. Players should be setting an example.
