What makes a good society/association

What do we as referees believe makes a good society? Whag do we want to see at meetings to keep us interested?

Any ideas or experiences welcome.

I think better integration between the older and you see members, and some feedback from the assessors in the group as to the sorts of things they're picking up on their games in general.

That would be very useful.
