Apparently the clip shown was manipulated by Sky to miss the original offence that the referee was playing advantage from!!! OOps!!!!

I'm still trying to work out who and how the ball was cleared at 1:39. My initial reaction was the defender but then when watching again he seems to have his arms up.
Only caught it as I went back to watch the penalty appeal in OP.
