I am curious to know what SG officials do at their bimonthly St. Georges Park training camps. Would love any details on their video analysis sessions, how they train and what their schedule is please...

These are from a couple of years back. But hopefully gives you a bit of an insight.

Thanks @Runner Ref these look great, I will read them asap.

I guess I am just curious about the boring details of what their training regime is, do the Refs and AR's all train together or do they get separated?
Do they do team building sessions?
Do they have an onsite Sports Psychologist?
What's the food like? Are they on a strict diet there?
Do they still do video analysis sessions like they used to. I've read about the "video nasty" sessions, do they still make Ref's sit and watch their mistakes whilst their peers critique them?
Do the Ref's and AR's ever play footy against each other?

From what I remember, and it’s a few years that I’ve been inactive, I’d say yes to most of your questions.

Generally the referees and AR’s get split up, but there will be teamworks sessions.

I’m sure I read that the Sports Psychologist they used have recently left. But I may have dreamt that. Which is worrying.

I can’t imagine too much what change at St Georges Park.

Curious as go whether things have changed at the annual conference. I had a few great p*ss ups at those.
Oh really? I just read Clattenburg's book and he says he didn't like the get togethers as none of the other refs would buy each other drinks.

Guess that teaches me not to take Clatts' word as gospel.

To be honest I think the kind of behaviour Coote was engaged in was an after party sort of vibe. I can't imagine he was taking coke at an official function? Porbs just did it at the afters

That is worrying, surely they would replace them given the recent headlines, and those interviews...
