Personally prefer seeing referees in all Black as I think it looks more professional, although I do like it when my beloved Chelsea have black away kits.
If I have to go down the coloured shirt route, already got Orange and Yellow adidas ones which I bought on ebay as cycling shirts. Ebay is flooded with old style adidas shirts at relatively cheaps prices, so plenty of options as and when required.
