Welsh grading - level 7 equivalent

So thats probably the reason why. They can't exactly grade you for a level you have no experience of, get me?

I'm really confused now. I am level 9 but have completed my six games so should be pushed up to level 8. But, because of my age (21 and a few months - okay about 324 months) I will become a level 7. Does this mean I am Welsh? Or will I remain English? Being half Scots does it make a difference?

Mick you will be a level 7 due to you being 16+. You will remain English for the time being but who knows what structure we well be using in the next few years
