Its crazy that he gets no ban for that but likes of Richarlison (granted a RC) gets three games for the brush of a head to head.

Yup, the retrospective process is arbitrarily not fit for purpose
As Taylor gave a free kick, he ought to be saying he saw the incident in his report. As with Kenedy last week, this renders the player untouchable; which is stupid
 
The guidelines were changed a few years ago to say it an incident was not seen in its entirety then retrospective action could be taken.
This seems to be ignored.
