Washing Linesman Flags

Hi,
Received my assistant flags back after a game last Sunday and when I returned home I found them in a right state. Now I need to wash them I've tried wiping them over but didn't work. Now I need to try them in washing machine but don't want to ruin them or shrink them never been good at washing. Bit of a weird question but how do you clean them safely.

I've always put mine in the washing machine. Just make sure you put them on a cool wash. I always put an extra stain remover in too

Whenever I put my refereeing kit in the wash, I always put my flags in with it too. Kills two birds with one stone.

Doing this everytime, will prevent deep mud stains which are incredibly hard to remove.
