Yeah it can certainly be quite intimidating and easy to give in too with numerous coaches from both teams putting pressure on! As you said, shame they can't just look at the incident objectively and see that it deserves a ban/fine.

True. But it was my own failing. I naively believed all youth team managers were there trying to guide these youngsters well and would be teaching them a real lesson for getting that red. Little did I know only about 5% are like that and the rest are all win at all cost idiots!
