VO2 Max?

VO2 max is your maximum oxygen uptake, or the capacity of your body to use and transport oxygen. It can determine how fit you are in real terms, i.e. if they are doing it correctly then it is usually done on a treadmill working until exhaustion using a gas collection system, however I will doubt that they will do that unless they have access to university/medical equipment.

If you are fit, you will be looking for a result between 55-70ml/kg/min.
