just seen the penalty by Lukaku (sp?) and made me think. The taker seemed to stutter his run, I may have been likely to make him retake it but I'm sure others will disagree and I accept that. However, Given was also a good few yards off his line.

If you are referee and both teams infringe the Laws at a PK, how do you continue if
A) a goal was scored
B) a goal wasn't scored

The run was fine, he hadn't completed his run up. Had to watch it twice mind.

Both situations are retakes if both teams infringe.
