Fairly straightforward red card offence.
Easy to after watching the clip but blowing up after the first uncontrolled lunge would avoid this tackle being made.
Once the offender makes that 2nd tackles there can only be 1 colour card though!

Agree with this, the first one he's lucky he didn't really make contact. I'd like to think that after I saw him get up and race towards another challenge I'd be at best screaming at him to be careful, or even better just deciding to give a free kick for the first one. But once he makes that second challenge it can only be red.

I’d also go back to the context question. From the brief clip, I inferred the miscreant’s aggression was out of line with the rest of the game. That’s also a good time to read the game and call the first foul.
 
Clearly red. Not sure what the referees thought process was but if he’s sure of his decision, there’s no reason to wait to give the sanction. Had he sent-off (or even cautioned) the player immediately, there’s would’ve been no reaction. If you need to buy yourself thinking time or talk to the assistant, different question.
