Junior/Youth Tournaments

Hello all,
Just wondering, when tournaments are arranged in the summer who allocates the referees? Are tournaments associated with the league and refs are allocated as usual or do the club hosting the tournament allocate the referees?

One of those variable things!

Some clubs contact referees directly and have someone designated as a referee contact for the duration. Others ask a local referee to co-ordinate for them.

Ok, thanks. Have you got any tips to get more games as sometimes I am struggling to be allocated a game every fortnight?
