I was under the impression that people pay a lot of money to watch top league football and go to be entertained. Where in the laws does it say taking a selfie is a yellow card?

People go for enjoyment not for referees to kill any of that enjoyment!

Referees are there to enforce the laws. Totti's actions could be regarded as not showing respect for the game, an excessive goal celebration and as inflammatory in any game. In the Rome derby, just light the blue touch paper and stand back ...
