Yes I have been able to avail myself of such exemption in a previous life.........twelve tonne truck doing 50/60 in a thirty limit......

Hey, in fairness IFAB did realize it was a stupid way to write it and "fixed" it . . . it only took them a year longer than everyone else on the planet to realize it was a stupid way to write it . . .
