Thoughts on this, causing some debate.

Penalty according to the rules. But it doesn't get given in the Premier League as they seem to have their own rule of "he got the ball first".

Also, especially those who are giving a penalty in the above. Are you giving a penalty against Manchester United in the first highlight in the video?

Can't watch it without signing up to the Man Utd website, and I'd rather be on the wrong end of a two footer tackle than do that 😂

Absolutely not, but that's because it's a very different challenge to that in the OP.
Can you please explain the difference to me the way you see it? Just like in the OP, Martinez slides in, wins the ball and then follows up on the opponent's leg with both feet.
 
Martinez tackle had an ammount of contact afterwards that most would accept (as everyone in this game did).
The tackle in the OP uses much more force than was required and the action of the right leg hammering into the attacker could no way be considered part of a normal tackle.
Edit: In fact, having watched the OP again, it is absolutely 100% a red card.
