Premier League clubs told neutral venues essential to plans to complete season

Neutral venues will be the only way to complete the 2019-20 season, Premier League clubs are told during a video conference on Friday.

That’s like saying an office will close if one staff member tests positive,

If EFL clubs have already (?) got 7 hour test machines surely that’s what the EPL clubs will do. And the first team will be on regular (daily?) testing, and if there’s a case in the organization then they’ll emergency test everyone.

It relies on having the testing resources but they can throw milliond at it if necessary.

I’m not saying it’s a good idea, or it will work, but I think that’s what they’re planning,
