Nowhere does it state Sissoko Jr was still there at the start of the match, therefore meaning he (and the match officials) have done nothing wrong. I sincerely hope you would not be docking marks on an assessment for this.

The photo caption says "ahead of the game", so Sissoko Jr was probably only there before the game.
