Tackle with head

Imagine his head is his foot, he takes the ball cleanly, no? That's what I was saying about it not being a DFK, because it is dubious whether it is a foul (ignoring the head).
But he didn't trip opponent with his head. He did it with his body. So in your example if he takes the ball cleanly with one foot he can still trip the opponent with the other foot for a foul. This won't be the case all the time but it's plausable.

And as I previously mentioned, even if you don't agree with tripping, it is clear it's PIDAM. And because there is contact, it has to be DFK.
