Sunderland vs Chelsea

A fan coming in peace. Just curious, how do you decide who gets a yellow card when both of them have held a player? Is there a possibility to actually card them both?

Arguably, Forfana is slightly more guilty than Colwill
Which is a fair answer, as I'm not one for backing decisions just for the sake of it

I have backed Sunderland at 11/4 however, so maybe I'm not the best one to answer
I am a Newcastle supporter however, so maybe I can be fair and impartial after all ;)

In theory the ref could consider them both to have committed an unsporting act. Here in the real world, not going to happen. The ref is going to caution the first one to foul, the more obvious foul, the player not already on a caution, or the one who has been a knucklehead earlier in the match. And if all else fails, he’s going to just pick one.
