Reffed an under 9s game this morning and pretty good natured too. In the second half a young lad gets the ball,dribbles and shoots INTO HIS OWN GOAL. The manager was telling him not to do it and everybody else on the pitch stopped in amazement but he just did it! Fair play to their opponents who asked me,before I asked them,to allow the opposition to level the score. The game finished 1-1 and it was a good little contest.
