I’m quite surprised he didn’t to be honest.

That’s definitely going to wake him up! Looks reckless to say the least.

However I’ve felt that there were far fewer cautions than usual today in all televised games I’ve watched. Not sure if it is just me…

I'd expect a caution here. Leading foot was off the ground at first, and wasn't controlled, then the trailing foot came round in a scissor manoeuvre, it's reckless and it's a yellow for me. Could be the PL trying to maybe look at alternate methods of game management, but with spurs 4-1 up, that sort of challenge can be difficult to justify as just careless.
