I would be livid if I was dragged that far down the line for an attacking freekick as 4th.

I know some very good referees in my area who wouldn't go that far up as CR!

He wasn't penalized for that though. He physically impacted the keepers ability to play the ball after the ball was kicked.

Did he though? On the replays I saw, it seemed the trajectory of the ball took it wide enough of the keeper's position that he probably wouldn't have had the ability to play the ball anyway.

I'd say 9 out 10 keepers can punch that away
