Agree, it was a shocker and I'm surprised they missed it. Especially as it was right in front of the benches, Mark Hughes and his coaches saw it, so you have to wonder how Roger East didn't. For me he may well have done him deliberately, as the ball was nowhere near.

Dean was incredibly reluctant to get his card out in the first half, and only did so when Hojbjerg booted the ball into the stands after giving a foul away, leaving him no option. Then he ended up with 8 cautions in total and there should have been a red.
