As an observer in England I have seen it used regularly last season and this.Have either of you used the new "Sin Bin" law and how and when did you enforce it?
Thanks for your response,
Jim
I have a hypothetical scenario if you give 2 dissent Sin Bins do you send them away still. As an observer in England I have seen it used regularly last season and this.
It is only used for dissent in England (not the case in some countries).
I have seen it used mainly after the referee had earlier spoken with the player to warn about dissent.
It therefore tends to be used more regularly in the second half - I have seen six or seven games with temporary dismissals ("Sin Bins") in the last ten minutes, so the player was not able to return.
It works well when applied properly.
What does the LOTG say? Your answer is easily found - and you should know it by memory if your competitions use temporary dismissal at all.I have a hypothetical scenario if you give 2 dissent Sin Bins do you send them away still.
There are several scenarios around sin bins/caution and the order they occur. Have a look at the modifications to the laws on the IFAB Laws 2020/2022 website.I have a hypothetical scenario if you give 2 dissent Sin Bins do you send them away still.
I looked it up but found no answer as to if they have to leave pitchside same as a red card though. There are several scenarios around sin bins/caution and the order they occur. Have a look at the modifications to the laws on the IFAB Laws 2020/2022 website.
You can get crib cards with all the options listed, same size as your yellow card, so easy to take out with you.
Wow you got all that from this: "Have either of you used the new "Sin Bin" law and how and when did you enforce it?"You're all missing the point of the question. The OP is clear that he understands two sin bins means the player takes no further part. However, it does not state where a player must go when they can no longer take part.

Must have been his body language when he asked the question. I wasn't looking
Yeah that was my question I am doing U17 / U18 Leagues as well as OA after the 2nd so thought I may need to know.Lol. Not. Concentrating.. I was answering @Southerner In The North's question not op. Doh!
Just be aware that, as far as I recall, nowhere in the US has sanctioned the use of sin bins as yet. The governing body (US Soccer) has to allow for their use.Have either of you used the new "Sin Bin" law and how and when did you enforce it?
