Two angles:

A lesson in getting off the diagonal? Or maybe just a bit of malice and frustration involved on Enzo's part? 😂

The Ref Stop
Tough for the ref, who doesn’t see the lead up. But an AR or the 40 should be in his ear immediately. (I don’t know it is easy for VAR to get involved, though, where it is contact with the R. I would like to see post match sanctions.)

And I’d add—what a mess for the rest of us when players see that with no consequence

Sending off here would be totally OTT in my opinion. It is just a collision.
It's not the collision that warrants a send off even though it was avoidable by the player. It's the very deliberate and unnecessary shove after it that has to be dealt with with a red card.

You see it very differently than I do. I se a player who deliberately chooses to run into the back of the referee when he could have avoided it. Instead of avoiding it, he just puts up his arms.
