Should referees be drug tested?

A few flu/cold meds still contain ephedrine which is a banned substance in sports.
I'm sure there are a few teams that have thought I either was on drugs or needed to be on them during their games.

Had a game a few weeks ago where a guy in his own garden which overlooks the pitch was smoking marijuana... Needless to say it's a good job I wasn't driving home because it absolutely stunk!
 
well they don't drug test at sunday league level in Essex ...

my old team would all pretty much sniff a gram or 2 of Charlie pretty much on the pitch lol not me of course, drugs are for mugs ! alcohol isn't though ... haha
